| Job Description Will provide exceptional service to our existing client base and expand our market share by capitalizing on our excellent insurance carrier appointments. Assist, mentor, and train Commercial Lines staff. Manage the renewal, quoting and binding process of policies. Answer incoming phone calls and e-mails promptly. Review incoming mail promptly and process accordingly. Service existing account changes. Maintain accurate policy information in the Agency Management System. Process policies and endorsements and review for accuracy. Process work using department workflowsprocedures and form letters. Work renewals well in advance to expiration date. Maintain familiarity with various carriers and policies. Cover for co-workers as needed. Maintain a positive working relationship with co-workers. | |
| Skills Required 10+ yrs exp in commercial insurance. Active Property Casualty Insurance License. Prior commercial management exp, as Account Manager. Able to maintain a book volume of 700k-900k annualized agency commission. | |
| Skills Preferred Industry exp in Restaurants, Real Estate, LRO, Hospitality, Construction, Retail, Manufacturing, Farming, Technology, Property Management, Wholesale. Proficient in EPIC management system. | |
