| Job Description The DrillRouting Operator, will be responsible for following established procedures operating the DrillingCutting machinery in accordance with safety and quality standards. Additionally, will perform basic trouble shooting and accurately document production activities. Programming, Set-up and Operation of DrillRouter machine EVO. Troubleshoot drill machines and process related issues. Measurements of parts using caliper, micrometer, XYZ table and etc. Inspection of parts using Microscope and other optical inspection tools and verify they meet specifications. Operate the Cutting machinery according to specifications. Perform bar counting and visual inspections. Research, order and prepare spare parts for all drill machines as needed. Maintain equipment and machinery clean. Complete documentation and records. Work area is to be kept clean and neat at all times. | Skills Required HS Diploma or GED. 6+ months of exp working with manufacturing machines. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Basic computer and math skills. Good communication skills. | |
| Skills Preferred Previous hands on exp with electrical or mechanical tools and test equipment. 3+ years exp in programming, maintaining, troubleshooting, set-up and operation of drilling machines such as Excellon and EVOPluritec. | |
