| Job Description The Screening Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating semi-automated printing machine using screen printers. Screeners are responsible for the quality of the prints they produce. They must be able to read the travelers to ensure that they are using correct ink, screens and dielectric type tape and tape thickness. Responsible for properly configuring and orienting tooling to support consistent, high-quality production by aligning multiple screens. Must perform first article inspection by doing multiple tests before starting lots to be printed. Must be working with some chemicals used for screen cleaning. Work area is to be kept clean and neat at all times. Housekeeping chores will be performed as assigned. Cross training for other jobs is required so that employees can occasionally fill-in, in other departments, when required. Additional or different functions may be assigned to the employees periodically. | |
| Skills Required HS Diploma or GED. Basic computer skills. Good math skills. Good verbal and written communicaiton skills. Must be very detail oriented. | |
| Skills Preferred 3+ months manufacturing experience.3+ months setting up and operating semi-automated machines.3+ months of microscope experience.Experience working in a clean room environment. | |
