| Job Description Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our growing CPA firm in Westlake Village, CA. This role is ideal for a tax professional with strong leadership skills, deep technical knowledge, and a passion for client service. The Senior Tax Manager will oversee tax compliance, planning, and advisory services for a diverse client base, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to firm growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and review preparation of complex federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.Provide strategic tax planning and consulting to high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses.Manage and develop client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and proactive communication.Supervise, mentor, and train tax staff and seniors conduct performance evaluations.Conduct tax research and stay current on tax law changes to ensure compliance and identify planning opportunities.Collaborate with partners on business development and client proposals.Ensure timely filing and compliance with all tax deadlines and regulations.
