Job Description
Manage bookkeeping and accounting activities for the company. Oversee bank reconciliation. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable. Enter vendor expenses. Prepare bank statements. Prepare client and customer invoices. Maintain the accuracy of the general ledger. Process employee time-sheet and manage the payroll system. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements. Open to part time or full time hours.
Skills Required
HS Diploma or GED. 3+ yrs of bookkeeping knowledge. Strong computer skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office. Quick thinker. Team player.
Skills Preferred
Proficient in QuickBooks
