| Job Description Create short and long-term strategic budgeting, forecasting, planning and analysis. Build bottom-up financial models for Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement. Identify risk and advise senior leadership on initiatives. Analyze capital strategy for future fundraising and MA activities. Develop financial metrics to track progress and performance across the companys financial operations. Perform recommendation-oriented analysis on the strategic, operational, and financial impacts of firm actions, effectively communicate outcomesstrategic scenarios to management. Create and present key business insights to C-Suite executive management team. Perform weeklybi-weekly cash flow projection and track actual receipts and disbursements against forecast. Assist in the planning process to ensure information is accurate. Provide MTD and YTD variance analysis as well as other internal financial reporting package to Shareholders. Provide financial supports in annual inventory test count audit and bank audits. Work toward improving processes. Special Projects. | |
| Skills Required Bachelors. 2+ years of valuations, or FPA experience. 3+ years of experience in financial planning analysis and or financial reporting analysis. Strong Excel Experience including Financial Modeling, Financial and Data Analysis. Exp with QAD software. | |
