HR Systems Specialist Needed in Camarillo | |
Job Description Coordinates the multiple HR related systems, data tracking and reporting systems. In coordination with the HR Manager and CHRO, will design, monitor and implement day to day HR department efficiencies through systems and processes. Design data visualization models through Power Bi and other systems. This position will recommend, monitor and evaluate system and data objectives, policies and procedures related to HR practices, standards and laws with CHRO oversight and HR Team recommendations. Design and implement HR related systems to ensure the effective and efficient processing of HR data, reporting and compliance requirements. Create data visualization models for various HR related data. Reviews, inputs, updates, process andor audits various data changes to the HR information system, and other administration systems as needed. Generate reports as needed. Develop, produce and analyze various reports, billing and systems to ensure data is accurately processed, and in compliance with HR standards and requirements. Designs and implements virtual platforms, system enhancements and reporting systems. Collaborate with the HR Team to enhance Employee Engagement systems along with follow up processes, communication materials and data collection analysis. Upkeep systems involving benefit administration, benefit orientations, insurance billing and annual enrollmentbenefit fair. Oversees various HR and agency tracking for approved company drivers list and proof of auto insurance records for employees and volunteers. Audit and review processed bi-monthly payroll changes for accuracy in payrollHR systems. Develops tracking systems. Processes Affirmative Action reporting, audit reports, annual HR reporting data as needed. Special projects and other duties as needed. | |
Skills Required BA Degree. 3+ yrs of exp with data visualization systems or business intelligence software. Proficient in PowerBI or similar system. Advanced computer skills and exp with PayrollHR software. | |
Skills Preferred HR or non-profit exp a plus. Strong data tracking skills. |
