Job Description
Seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to build and execute our marketing strategy across three distinct divisions luxury residential, commercial, and multi-family markets. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, as youll be establishing and implementing marketing initiatives from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional who can work independently while collaborating with leadership to align marketing efforts with company objectives.Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for three distinct brand divisions. Create and maintain consistent luxury brand positioning across all channels. Spearhead lead generation through digital initiatives, vendor partnerships, and local market engagement. Establish metrics and analytics to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI. Content Creation Management. Design and produce high-end marketing collateral for multiple audience segments. Manage corporate website content and digital presence. Create compelling case studies and project showcases. Develop targeted content for luxury residential, commercial, and multi-family sectors. Partner with sales consultants to create customized marketing materials. Support territory-specific marketing initiatives. Manage and optimize lead generation processes. Create professional branding guidelines for sales team. Build relationships with industry publication editors and publishers. Manage vendor co-op marketing programs and budgets. Participate in industry recognition programs and surveys. Develop strategic partnerships to enhance brand presence. Execute social media strategy across all platforms. Ensure compliance with marketing regulations SPAM, GDPR, privacy laws. Manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing programs. Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics. Skills Required
Bachelors. 5+ years marketing experience, preferably in luxury goods or high-end construction. Experience building marketing programs from ground up and managing multiple brands. Experience with CRM systems and advanced knowlege of social media mngt.
Skills Preferred
Digital marketing certifications preferred.
