Must be able to draft declarations, write letters, respond to discovery requests, be good with clients and opposing counsel, able to gather facts and retrieve information, be organized and good with numbers, have a professional demeanor, a strong work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail. | Skills Required Paralegal Certificate or BABS and 1+ year of legal experience.Must have experience drafting declarations, writing letters, and responding to discovery rules.Must have a strong ability to work with clients. | |
