Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Employee Benefits Client Manager to strengthen our brokerage offerings and enhance our market position. Market Analysis Research and stay updated on the latest trends in the employee benefits landscape to ensure our offerings remain competitive and up to date. Data Management Utilize strong Excel and analytical skills to compile, manage, and interpret large sets of client and market data. Plan Design Analysis Work with our brokerage team to design and recommend employee benefits packages based on the needs of our clients. Client Presentations Prepare and present RFPs to the carriers and create proposals showcasing the advantages and cost comparisons of various benefits packages. Vendor Relations Foster and maintain relationships with insurance carriers and other benefits providers, ensuring the best rates and offerings for our clients. Continuous Improvement Regularly review and analyze the efficiency of our current benefits offerings and processes. Suggest and implement improvements where necessary. Collaboration Work closely with other team members, including sales, customer service, and operations, to ensure a seamless service delivery experience for our clients. Compliance Stay updated on the latest legal and regulatory changes related to employee benefits to ensure that our offerings are compliant. Skills Required
5+ yrs exp in Employee Benefits Marketing. Understanding of health welfare plan benefits. Exp servicing large client group health and benefit products. Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Skills Preferred
BA Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance or similar. Bilingual in Spanish.
