Job Description The ideal candidate possesses a background in accounting or finance and is a proactive, detail-oriented, and trustworthy professional who can handle a wide range of clericaladministrative tasks, both business and personal, with a high level of discretion. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Manage emails, correspondence, and phone calls on behalf of the executive. Performing minor accounting and basic financial duties. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, invoices, receipts, and payments. Prepare and deliver expense reports to the Executive and financeaccounting department. Able to prepare and draft documents, reports, and presentations as needed. Run personal errands and assist with personal tasks as needed. Attend meetings as necessary, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Assess and prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency and productivity. Act as a liaison between Field Workers, Project Coordinators, and the Administration team. Assist in project management, including tracking progress, setting milestones, and managing deadlines. Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. Other duties as assigned. | |
Skills Required 2+ yrs of exp as a personal or executive assistant. Accounting, Finance, Business Admin exp. Proficient in MS Office. Excellent organizational and time mgmt skills. Strong communication skills. Able to handle sensitive information. Bilingual in Spanish. | |
