| Job Description Responsible for the smooth operation of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Invoice processing and accurate posting of payments. Generate account statements. Coordinate invoice approval process and secure necessary approvals. Solicit and file New Vendor Applications. Track item receipts. Track open purchase orders. Maintain record of vendor prepayments. Credit Cards Reconciliation. Post credit card activity in QuickBooks. Collect and file credit card receipts. Reconcile credit card statements. Maintain records of customer deposits. Issue customer payment confirmations. Maintain customer data in Dropbox. Post received customer payments. Solicit and file applications for new customers. Coordinate the collections process with routine payment inquiries. Generate routine reports on activities associated with payment collections. Drop Box Maintenance. Compile DS tax invoice copies for monthly return. Maintain and audit AR and AP records. QuickBooks. Set up new vendor accounts. Set up new customer accounts. Reconcile and enter employee expense reports. Audit invoices for class, amounts, dates, and payment terms. Reconcile key vendor invoices and statements Gayant Tullibardine. Generate weekly AP and AR reports. Access online vendor portals to secure invoices and statements. Liaison with supply chain team for problem resolution. Complete monthly inventory reconciliation. Maintain Expensify records through portal. ProcessIssue credit memos as needed. Prepare quarterly reports for sales tax. Prepare 1099 report for CPA. | |
| Skills Required 3+ yrs exp in accounts receivable and accounts payable. Exp in consumer-packaged goods, manufacturing or wholesale environment. Advanced computer skills in QuickBooks Enterprise and Office 365. | |
| Skills Preferred Experience in a regulated environment is preferred. | |
