| Job Description Ventura law firm seeks paralegal with family law experience. Excellent work environment in-person, remote, or combination competitive compensation package commensurate with skill and experience. Generous perks. You must be qualified as a paralegal either certificate or work experience and current on your continuing legal education requirements. You should know WordPerfect, Essential Forms, DissoMaster, discovery rules. Must be able to draft declarations, write letters, respond to discovery requests, be good with clients and opposing counsel, able to gather facts and retrieve information, be organized and good with numbers, have a professional image and attitude, a strong work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail. Should understand calendaring procedures and deadlines. | |
| Skills Required Paralegal Certificate or BABS and 1+ year of family law experience.Must have experience drafting declarations, writing letters, and responding to discovery rules.Must know know WordPerfect, Essential Forms, DissoMaster, and discovery rules. | |
| Skills Preferred Experience with Amicus Attorney is a plus.Paralegal Cerfificate preferred. | |
