| Job Description Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial construction projects from concept to completion. Must have commercial andor multi-family experience and have worked on projects with a minimum value of at least 25 million. Outstanding client services through all phases of the project life-cycle pre-construction, construction, and post-construction close-outThe ability to accurately budget and financially forecast for cost-to-completeNavigating regulatory requirements and the permitting processGenerate and maintain detailed project schedules and updates for all types of projectsManage the material procurement processPrepare comprehensive scopes of work with appropriate exhibitsReview and understand contracts and subcontracts terms and conditionsAnalyze plans and specifications for constructability and sequencingPrepare and accurately maintain project documentation and records, including RFIs, logs, job reports, meeting minutes, submittals, change order requests, correspondence, etc.Generate pay applications, cash flow, and revenue projectsOversee the subcontractor selection and buy-out processMonitor the superintendents job performance for adherence to schedules, contract terms, and safety proceduresOrganize and facilitate project meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors | |
| Skills Required 10+ yrs of management exp in ground-up new construction, renovation, retrofit and tenant improvements with project value of 25M+. Proficient in construction mgmt, job costing and scheduling software. Exp working for a general contractor. | |
| Skills Preferred BA Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Business Admin. Previous business line financial accountability. Concise communication skills. | |
