Job Description
Seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to support our CEOOwner. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented, and trustworthy professional who can handle a wide range of administrative tasks, both business and personal, with a high level of discretion. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Keep track of important dates and deadlines. Manage emails, correspondence, and phone calls on behalf of the executive. Prepare and draft documents, reports, and presentations as needed. Run personal errands and assist with personal tasks as needed. Attend meetings as necessary, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Assess and prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency and productivity. Anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues. Prepare and deliver expense reports to the accounting department. Act as a liaison between Field Workers, Project Coordinators, and the Administration team. Assist in project management, including tracking progress, setting milestones, and managing deadlines. Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. Other duties as assigned. Skills Required
HS Diploma or GED. 2+ yrs of exp as a Personal or Executive Assistant. Excellent organization and time mgmt skills. Strong communication skills. Proficient in MS Office. Discretion in handling sensitive information.
Skills Preferred
Business Administration education a plus.
