| Job Description Will process borrower and investor payment, demands, payoffs and reconveyances. Will also board loans, monitor property taxes and insurance, make advances when necessary and in some cases, handle collections and loan modifications. Will be communicating with borrowers, investors and management on a daily basis. | |
| Skills Required 5+ yrs of loan servicing experience. Understanding of Notes, Deeds, Title Policies and Settlement Statements. Strong verbal and written communication skills. | |
| Skills Preferred Bilingual in Spansih. Exp with The Mortgage Office loan servicing software a plus. College Degree preferred. California Notary License a plus. | |
