Job Description
Manage the full cycle of accounting activities for the company. Oversee bank reconciliation. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable. Enter vendor expenses. Prepare bank statements. Prepare client and customer invoices. Maintain the accuracy of the general ledger. Process employee time-sheet and manage the payroll system. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements.
Skills Required
HS Diploma or GED. 3+ yrs of exp as a full charge bookkeeper. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office. Quick thinker. Team player.
