| Job Description As an attorney you will be responsible for a wide range of duties and responsibilities, including, but not limited to assisting with the Firms family law, probate and trust and estate practices. Your duties may include all aspects of litigation, including, without limitation, the timely preparation and completion of legal and client documents, client meetings, attending hearings, handling andor overseeing filing and service of legal documents, legal research, taking and defending depositions, ensuring your cases court dates, meetings, depositions and other deadlines are appropriately calendared and more. You will also be responsible to assist the Firm in all manner of drafting and completion of documentation, research and client interaction as necessary for the Firms transactional work. To properly perform your responsibilities, you will be expected to continue to learn and stay abreast in the areas of law in which the firm practices, both from a substantive and strategic standpoint. As part of your employment, you may be asked to assist with various administration and other functions. | |
| Skills Required Member of the CA Bar Association. 1+ yr of exp in litigation. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organized, self-starter. Must be located near the SF or East Bay area. | |
| Skills Preferred Interest or experience in Family, Estate and Probate law. | |
