| Job Description Provide outreach and education about available health coverage to members and help applicants determine what health plans are available to them. Will do so by making outbound calls to members to help with application and enrollment assistance, scheduling appointments and assisting with various issues that might arise after a member has already enrolled. | |
| Skills Required HS Diploma or GED. 1+ yr of customer service or administrative exp. Ability to conduct research efficiently and problem solve. Must have own desktop or laptop computer and reliable internet connection. Bilingual in Spanish. | |
