| Job Description Manage a team of 25+ employees to meet production deadlines. Plan and establish work schedules and work assignments. Read and analyze work orders, production schedules and other records to determine production requirements and plan production estimates and resources, materials. Work well within a team environment to coordinate operations and activities within departments. Must interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, company policies and procedures for employees. Ensure operators confirm to production and processing standards. Conduct employee training, understand and train safety procedures and delegate training to experienced workers. Motivate employees and implement production, performance and quality improvement. Maintain operations records and data, such as time and attendance, cost records, prepare management reports of production results. Recommend hiring, evaluations, promotions and corrective action with employees. | |
| Skills Required HS Diploma or GED. 5+ yrs production supervisor or lead exp. Project management exp. Ability to read blueprints. Proficient in MS Office. Excellent communication skills. Able to work in a fast paced environment. Able to work Saturdays if needed. | |
| Skills Preferred Bilingual SpanishEnglish helpful but not necessary. Some College preferred. | |
