| Job Description Looking for a part time PayrollAccounting Specialist for our small business dedicated to providing quality bookkeeping and business management services to other small businesses such as small contractors and single attorney law firms. This position is fully remote and 15-20 hours per week. Candidate must be highly detail-oriented with thorough hands-on accounting and bookkeeping experience. Must have experience working with multiple clients, meeting deadlines on time, and maintaining a sense of urgency to deliver reliable financial data on a monthly basis. Must be comfortable with maintaining your own schedule, working closely with clients and accountants and providing up to date information to management. Experience with Sage 100 Contractor, QuickBooks desktop, QuickBooks Online, the Google Suite and Dropbox are required. | |
| Skills Required BA Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar. 5+ yrs of bookkeeping exp such as AP, AR, financial reporting and analysis. 1+ yr exp using QuickBooks. Construction and certified payroll exp. | |
