Job Description This position primarily works in an office environment answering incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information. Answer calls and respond to emails to provide customers with product information. Enter new customer information into system, or update existing customer information. Process orders, forms, and payments. Research required information using available resources. Manage and resolve customer complaints. Identify and escalate priority issues by routing calls to appropriate resource. Follow up customer calls when necessary. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures. Determines accuracy by comparing client information to requirements. Entering client information confirming pricing. Assists clients by explaining procedures answering questions providing information. Maintains communication by reporting problems. Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines recommending improved procedures. Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions participating in educational opportunities. Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed. | |
Skills Required HSGED. Proficient in MS Office. Experience in a customer service or call center environment. Good data entry and typing skills. | |
Skills Preferred Automotive experience, knowledge or interest a strong plus. Knowledge of British cars, a plus. |
