| Job Description Looking for a self-motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our growing team! You would handle the initial roof home inspection dont worry, we have training, meet with clients, understand their specific needs, and offer solutions. This is a GREAT opportunity for you to be in control of your income and unlock great bonusesincentives that we offer. Exterior and sometimes interior home inspections to assess roof condition and diagnose storm damage and any other damage present. Timely following up with phone calls and emails as required. Make recommendations to Homeowner based on findingsevaluation. Assist Homeowners through the insurance process. Build rapport and trust with Homeowners. Close the Homeowner after assessing damages system and contracting. Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and willing to learn new methods. Maintain constant communication with Sales Leadership, Homeowners and Office Staff. Drive to individually compete, while still being a team player. | Skills Required HS Diploma or GED. 2+ yrs of sales exp. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Able to prioritize workload and manage schedule. Relationship management skills. Detailed. Driven. | |
