Job Description
The Permit Coordinator performs permitting and general ROW acquisition services to support pipeline maintenance projects in the Los Angeles and Orange county regions. This position is responsible for processing and obtaining state, county, city and local agency permits and other right-of-way agreements. The Coordinator prepares permit applications and requests for approvals to be submitted to a variety of agencies andor land owners. Reviews and analyzes permit requirements and other right of way documents to support the excavation, repair, retirement and maintenance of pipeline facilities and coordinates efforts and directives with engineers and project managers.
Skills Required
Knowledge of Caltrans, County, City encroachment or excavation permitting procedures. Able to manage high volume of projects. Proficient with pipeline as-built and traffic control plans. Strong permitting and basic right of way exp. Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Skills Preferred
Demonstrate basic understanding of pipeline right of way procedures.
