| Job Description The PayrollHR Generalist will be responsible for handling multi-state payroll, benefits administration, ACA reporting, safety compliance and out of state employment policies. Oversee the processing of multi-state payroll on a bi-weekly schedule. Update and manage employee records. Develop, implement and enforce internal processes, policies and procedures. Administer LOA, ADA, Workers Compensation and Safety programs. Conduct new hire interviews. Assist with employee on-boarding procedures. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and stay up to date with changes. Other duties as needed. | |
| Skills Required HS Diploma or GED. 3+ years of experience in human resources. Prior experience processing payroll. Proficient in MS Office and ADP WorkForce Now. | |
