Job Description
Handles and resolves calls and emails regarding operations, service, and product quality of Eyewear. Utilize programs, applications, and back-end systems to help manage client profiles, analyze purchasing behavior, evaluate client satisfaction, and support clients. Interact regularly with doctors offices to process and verify frames ordered when received. Place orders on various products including frames to keep inventory up-to-date and available. Stay updated with the most current information available regarding the company profile to provide clients with accurate information when necessary. Manage and maintain all orders with respect to processing, billing, returns, exchanges, and warranty fulfillment inform clients promptly and respectfully when there are expected delays regarding an order. Process and verify inventory shipments received. Perform miscellaneous duties and other projects as assigned by management.
Skills Required
HS Diploma or GED. 1+ yr of exp in customer service. Excellent communication skills. Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel. Ability to take orders accurately.
