Job Description
This is a hands-on position for executing production activities of high-performance infrared and visible imaging sensors. This multidisciplinary position requires working together with the production team in the cleanroom in frontend line andor backend line FEOL and BEOL to maintain productivity, quality, and efficiency. Operate and maintain semiconductor process tools and equipment to ensure top quality process equipment for production in frontend line and backend line. Execute daily production processing activities including process modules in photolithography, thin film, metallization, hybrid fabrication, metrology, microscopic inspection, and verification of critical dimensions. Work with Manufacturing Execution system MES for process and equipment data, and contribute process control and yield improvements. Follow the established manufacturing procedures, process travelers, and work instructions for all work performed. Assure that all processes are performed in compliance with safety, cleanroom procedures and AS9100 quality standards.. Be ability to work flexible schedule and additional hours as needed. Skills Required
HS Diploma or GED. 5+ yrs exp in microelectronic device fabrication. US Citizen. Able to operate various manufacturing equipment. Proficient in MS Office.
Skills Preferred
Will substitute AA Degree with 3+ yrs exp. Training in laboratory practices including ESD precautions for handling sensitive semiconductor devices and appropriate handling of chemicals.
