| Job Description Mid size Family owned General Contractor requires quick learner to prepare and distribute bid packages for multiple projects. Receive bids and prepare reports. Organize, catagorize and maintain bid files by project. Works closely with project managers when preparing bid packets and for additional information requests. Prepare scopes of work based on project. Experience in a construction environment preferred. | |
| Skills Required HD Diploma or GED., 5+ yrs exp in construction, preferably in concrete or framing. Familiar with multi-family Type III V construction. Proficient in MS Office. Able to read and understand construction plans. Must be a team leader. | |
| Skills Preferred Sage Contractor 100 knowledge. Familiar with Bluebeam Software. Purchasing Exp. | |
