Administer workers compensation and injury reporting. Administer 401 k Retirement, Health and Welfare Plans, 5500. Assist with payroll processing. Stay current on recent federal, state and case law changes monitor labor law updates for changes that affect HR. Responsible for recruiting life cycle. Responsible for immigration. Conduct new hire orientation. Employee relations and investigations. Exit interviews. Prepare and revise job descriptions. | |
| Skills Required BA Degree. 5 yrs HR exp. Exp in a manufacturing environment. Proficient in CA Labor Law. Adept at persuasiveness and negotiation. Proficient in MS Office. Able to coach employees through complex, difficult and emotional issues. | |
