| Job Description The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and partners of our high-quality construction company. This role supports daily office operations by managing front-desk responsibilities, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with administrative tasks that keep our multi-family construction projects running smoothly.Front Desk Management Greet guests, clients, vendors, and subcontractors in a professional and welcoming manner ensure all visitors follow sign-in procedures.Phone System Operation Answer, screen, and route incoming calls provide accurate information and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.Mail Handling Sort, log, and distribute incoming mail and packages prepare outgoing mail and coordinate pickups.Data Entry Maintain accurate records, update internal databases, and support project teams with clerical data tasks.Administrative Support Assist with filing, document preparation, scheduling, and general office organization.Office Coordination Maintain a clean, organized reception area manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.Customer Service Provide courteous, timely support to internal staff, clients, and construction partners. | |
| Skills Required Professional Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.Organizational Skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.Technical Proficiency Comfortable with MSOffice, email platforms, and office equipment. | |
