| Job Description Acts as right-hand for CEO to ensure compliant HR processes and procedures. Responsible to protect the company by ensuring HR and Safety compliance, Coach and advise management team on proper procedures and communication techniques to create a culture of excellence. Design and implements proper recruiting, engagement, onboarding, payroll and benefits processes working with the insurance broker during open enrollment Secure the most attractive, compliant employee benefits. Must be organized, proactive, a direct communicator, concise. Directly responsible for open door Employee Relations engagement, Benefits administration, Payroll, Training anti-harassment employee development full cycle Recruiting and vendor relationships. Maintains up to date regulations and laws. Researches, develops, and implements various HR policies and procedures. | |
| Skills Required Employee Relations with a hands of style to maintain family feel culture, Benefits, Total Rewards, Employee Engagement, Payroll. Must be organized. | |
| Skills Preferred Paycom experience a plus.Familiar with ISO 9001 accreditation would be great! | |
